Begin with a leisurely walk through a dense forest of oak, beech, and pine trees. The path leads to the Bijambare Cave complex, where each cave reveals a unique underground world of stalactites, stalagmites, and hidden chambers.
After exploring the caves, we will continue to the Spring of River Bosna, a lush park known for its green scenery, wooden bridges, and charming horse-drawn carriages. Enjoy the refreshing atmosphere and capture some memorable photos in this natural oasis.

Tour Plan
1. Bijambare Caves Complex
The tour begins with a scenic drive from Sarajevo to the Bijambare Cave complex, located 40 km from the city. Upon arrival, we will take a walk through a forest of oak, beech, and pine, passing small creeks and a lake that forms in spring and winter.

Upper Cave: Our first stop is the oldest cave in the complex. Although it is smaller in size, it is rich in historical significance, holding evidence of ancient fauna and early human activity.

Middle Cave: Next, we proceed to the Middle Cave, the largest and most visually striking part of the complex. The cave features expansive halls adorned with stalactites and stalagmites. This is the main highlight of the Bijambare Caves and once hosted a wedding ceremony.

Lower Cave: Our last stop in the cave complex is the Lower Cave, situated near a small lake and stream. This area also features a collection of medieval tombstones known as Stećci, important monuments of Bosnian medieval history.
2. Spring of River Bosna Park
After exploring the caves, we continue to the Spring of River Bosna, a lush park located at the source of the Bosna River. The area is known for its peaceful walking paths, wooden bridges, and refreshing atmosphere.
